Employment disputes are usually pursued through an Employment Tribunal (see here for the Procedure). We can support you including drafting critical documentation e.g. the ET3 (your defence) and witness statements to help ensure you can successfully defend yourself against any claims.  We keep you informed and will provide you with an estimate of costs.
