Richard Armstrong

Richard qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and has been representing injured people ever since. Whilst he specialises in dealing with road traffic accidents, he also has significant experience in other types of claim - including workplace related accidents - and has a particular interest in occupier and public liability claims.

Despite having handled claims worth in excess of £1 million, Richard also recognises that each claim is equally important to the individual concerned, regardless of its financial value. He is proud of his track record of success in complicated and contested litigation and has earned a reputation of getting results in cases that other solicitors have said could not be won.

Richard recognises that the prospect of litigation and taking on insurance companies can be daunting to an individual and accordingly approaches claims in a practical and straightforward way. He prides himself on providing an excellent standard of service and is determined to obtain the best results he can for each and every client.

Richard is married with a young family. He has a sweet tooth and a packet of chocolate biscuits can always be found in his top drawer!
