Simona Hamblet

Simona specialises in providing practical and tailored advice to businesses, HR professionals and individuals. She is known for her energy and positive drive in making a difference to employers and employees by helping to manage relationships and risks.

When helping clients she strives to provide guidance which balances the complex, and sometimes restrictive, laws with the need to make essential business or individual decisions which may sometimes conflict. In addition she is regularly involved in dealing with the litigation aspects should matters reach that stage.

Simona regularly provides seminars and workshops to clients and external bodies alike. As well as being a full member of the Employment Lawyers Association Simona also sits as a Trustee for a local Citizen's Advice Bureau.

Whilst out of the office, Simona is well known for switching her handbags and high heels for a backpack whilst trying to explore the world. Sadly, the internet means that employment law updates are never too far away. As a result of her spare time activities she keeps us entertained with her unintended adventures whilst gardening, keeping fit and scuba diving (Simona is also a qualified aerobics instructor!).  When resting she enjoys a good book, food and wine.
