Sally Campbell-Clause qualified in 1997. During her training she concentrated on clinical negligence acting for the defendant but has now specialised in personal injury law since qualification. She is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel as well as the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
She acts solely for claimants and deals with a variety of different claims, in particular accidents at work and 'tripping & slipping' accidents. She has been acting for clients under conditional fee agreements (no win, no fee) for some years now. She is happy to see clients to discuss potential claims initially for a free appointment when, not only can the accident and injury itself be discussed, but also the appropriate means of funding the claim.
Sally has a full life with four dogs, one cat, two love birds, indoor and outdoor fish and, last but not least, two children and one husband. Fortunately they leave her just enough time to garden, read and find new pubs that serve good food.
