Solicitor
After graduating from the University of Surrey with a 2:1 degree in law and European Studies, Emma completed her Legal Practice course at the Guildford branch of the College of Law in June 2005.
Prior to joining Wheelers LLP, Emma honed her legal knowledge and skills whilst working for a leading legal expenses insurer and later within the legal department of a major international travel company.
Emma began her career with Wheelers in November 2008 as an Assistant in the Litigation Department. She quickly demonstrated her legal prowess, however, and was offered a formal training contract which resulted in her qualifying as a Solicitor into the Litigation Department in July 2011.
Emma relishes the opportunity to work closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes to any legal challenges they are confronted with. Since graduating she has accumulated considerable experience of advising and assisting clients in a wide range of disputes, both in the High Court and County Court, including debt recovery, contract disputes, landlord and tenant, commercial and personal injury cases.
Outside of work Emma enjoys attending various fitness classes at a local gym, travelling and spending time with family and friends. She is married with two Labradors.
