· acting for a Canadian-listed mining company in relation to project finance for a nickel mine in Spain;
· acting for a leading financial institution in relation to its acquisition of a minority stake in an oil exploration company;
· acting for a major US office equipment supplier on the securitisation of its portfolio of computer equipment leases;
· acting for a leading independent mezzanine finance house in relation to the acquisition of a healthcare group;
· advising a UK-listed company in its negotiations with its bankers on its syndicated revolving loan facilities;
· advising a bank in the financing of the purchase of a corporate jet.
